About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Burgess Hill, part of Grandir UK. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in the effective day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring that all children receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality childcare and education, fostering the growth of children into happy, smart, and healthy individuals.
  • Develop and maintain open and positive working relationships with staff, parents, and carers.
  • Support and supervise staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice, identifying training needs and developing training plans.
  • Maintain effective methods of communication with children, staff, parents, and carers, ensuring that all complaints and concerns are actively resolved in a timely manner.
