Job Description:

  1. Provide strong leadership and management to the residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care are always maintained.
  2. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the CQC, and take appropriate action to address any areas of improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and a person-centred approach to care.
  5. Manage the financial aspects of the nursing home, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control, while ensuring the provision of quality care remains uncompromised.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing home, implementing necessary changes and improvements to enhance the overall quality of care and resident satisfaction.
