Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team at Creative Education Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality education and care for our pre-school children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, high-quality education and care for pre-school children;
  • Fulfil legal statutory requirements;
  • Lead and manage staff on a day-to-day basis;
  • Contribute to and implement nursery policies;
  • Form positive, supportive relationships with children, parents;
  • Work well as part of a team;
  • Work proactively and use initiative;
  • Demonstrate good behaviour management skills;
  • Be calm and patient;
  • Be intuitive and respond to the children's individual needs;
  • Believe that every child can succeed.
