Job Title: Store Manager - Fitness Equipment
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Fitness Equipment store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and ensuring the store operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding customer experience by offering expert advice and guidance on fitness equipment
- Achieve sales targets by analyzing customer needs and making informed product recommendations
- Manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Ensure the store maximizes profitability and meets sales targets and KPIs
- Deal with staffing issues, including interviewing and conducting performance reviews
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and Head Office
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' management and sales experience
- Effective leadership and ability to motivate others
- Excellent numerical and IT skills
- Great communication and teamworking skills
- Enthusiasm and confidence
- Positive attitude
