Sales Consultant

Are you a sales superstar looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for fitness and a knack for building strong relationships with customers? We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our team at Fitness Superstore, the UK's leading fitness equipment specialist.

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, selling high-quality fitness equipment, and achieving sales targets. You'll work closely with our customer service and operations teams to ensure efficient customer solutions and be an out-of-the-box thinker who welcomes new ideas and creativity.

• Provide an unsurpassed in-store experience for customers
• Sell high-quality fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone, and via Live Chat
• Achieve sales targets by analysing customer needs and making informed product recommendations
• Work with our customer service and operations teams to ensure efficient customer solutions
• Be an out-of-the-box thinker who welcomes new ideas and creativity

• A confident, proactive approach with the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
• A minimum of 12 months sales experience
• The ability to upsell and cross-sell, driving the sales process from initial welcome to product testing to purchase
• The motivation to hit your targets and earn generous bonuses month after month
• A natural people person who is passionate about the customer experience
• A good level of numeracy and excellent communication skills

• A competitive hourly rate of £12.75 per hour
• An uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one
