Luxury Ladieswear Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Consultant to join our luxury ladieswear boutique in Bond Street. This exciting opportunity allows you to enhance the welcoming ambiance of our exquisite boutique while providing exceptional service and styling to our discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Store Director and Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly store targets with the team.
- Increasing average basket in quantity and value (UPT, VPT) by effective styling and link selling.
- Cultivating exceptional client relationships with local and international clients.
- Establishing action plans and strategies to increase and develop your client base.
- Efficiently developing the client portfolio, including networking outside the boutique.
- Participating in client events as well as high-ticket client events.
- Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products, trends, and collections.
Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 3 years prior experience in Luxury ladieswear/Couture.
- LRTW orientated, with experience in Haute Couture being advantageous.
- Strong sales techniques and clientelling, with a strong personal client book a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A warm and friendly personality that can build relationships easily.
- Fluent in English (written and oral), a second language a plus.
- Strong drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email required.
