As a Senior Care Assistant at one of our care homes, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily living needs of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care, managing medications, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have a strong commitment to providing person-centered care, ensuring that each resident receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a £700 Golden Hello for successful applicants. Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Manage medications and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the care home environment
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
