We are seeking a skilled Holistic Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at LEAP Legal Software. As a key member of our Holistic Quality Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our product releases and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly test our products and features through various user scenarios to assess readiness for release.
  • Analyse the overall experience of our clients while interacting with our software and features, including third-party integrations.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including the Development team and third-party vendors.
  • Engage with existing clients to understand and document their usage of our products and related services.
  • Document recommendations to influence client training and marketing approaches.
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise of our product and its application to the legal industry.

Requirements

  • Solid working experience within the UK legal industry and with legal processes.
  • In-depth experience working with LEAP and related products.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Ability to work with technically minded people and communicate effectively.
  • Customer focus and quality orientation, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strategic work relationships and facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
  • High-impact communication skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
