Rapier Employment is seeking a skilled Transport Operations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Answering calls and emails
- Liaising with warehouse and transport departments
- Providing updates between departments
- Using MS Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Planning
Requirements:
- PC Literate (Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective problem solver
- Good interpersonal skills
This is an ongoing agency role with the potential to become permanent. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and gain experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
