Brookwood Search & Selection is partnering with a global design studio based in Central London to find a highly skilled Associate Director of Landscape Architecture. The studio specializes in masterplans for medium and large-scale projects in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects that meet high-quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Build and foster strong teams, leading, guiding, and providing training to juniors to support their professional and creative development.
  • Business Development: Lead the preparation of fee bids, undertake fee proposals, and negotiate fees for projects.
  • Financial Management: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of cost control, fee charging, and project finance, ensuring project fees are maximized without compromising client relationships and repeat work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of successfully leading and managing teams across multiple large-scale projects.
  • Proactive approach to client management, with a proven track record of engaging potential clients and partners, and winning new work.
  • Commercially astute, demonstrated through effective decision-making, project resourcing, and winning profitable work.
  • Strong organizational and people management skills, encouraging collaboration and innovation within teams to maximize performance.
  • Proficiency with computer applications commonly used within the discipline.
  • Degree in a related design field or equivalent certification or skill level.
