About the Role

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our Clinical Informatics Team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist, you will play a key role in the development and optimisation of electronic prescribing systems across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Lead Pharmacist, Informatics in the development and optimisation of electronic prescribing systems
  • Work with the Trust's Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) and Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO) to ensure patient safety and security of access to clinical systems
  • Ensure data accuracy and system availability meet the requirements of the Trust, its patients, and clinical staff

Requirements

  • MPharm (Master's Degree)
  • Previous significant experience of working with clinical IT systems, including ePMA
  • Knowledge of regulations and legislation relevant to EPMA
