About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health Improvement Specialist to join our team at Louder Than Words. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for conducting multifactorial falls risk assessments and providing basic falls prevention interventions.

As a key member of our team, you will deliver the FaME (Falls Management Exercise) programme and take responsibility for all aspects of group delivery and management.

You will work under the indirect supervision of a Registered Practitioner and carry out one-to-one interventions for behavior change after appropriate training.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
