Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the occupational health service, carrying out health surveillance, and providing case management advice.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the occupational health service.
  2. Carrying out health surveillance, audiometry, spirometry, and fitness for work assessments.
  3. Producing high-quality reports and providing advice to clients and managers.
  4. Supporting the OH manager in advising, monitoring, and assessing the clinical practice of the OH team.
  5. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in occupational health, leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The role offers a competitive salary of £42,500 - £45,000 per annum based on industry standards and UK location.
