Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trust and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maximise opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet enquiries.
  • Maximise profit by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Adhere to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data.

About You

  • You will have previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management.
  • You will be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • You will have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
  • You will hold a valid UK driver's license.
  • Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
