Job Title: Learning and Development Associate

£85-£100 per day | Flexible Start Date

We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Associate to join our team at a primary school in Birmingham. As a key support staff member, you will contribute to creating a nurturing environment that enables students to reach their full potential.

About the Job:
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to design and implement effective lesson plans that address the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Maintain a well-organised classroom environment, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
  • Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), facilitating their academic and personal growth.
  • Promote social inclusion and camaraderie among students through engaging activities and games.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification or higher in teaching assistantship or a related field.
  • Desirable experience working with students who require additional support.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
