The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their dining experience. You'll be responsible for managing reservations, operating the phones, and ensuring seamless table service.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Know our guests and regulars, providing personalized service and building strong relationships.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
  3. Manage reservations, allocate tables, and run the book and waiting list with ease.
  4. Communicate table turnovers and out-by times to ensure smooth service.
  5. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional service standards.
