About the Programme

The Quality Science Graduate Programme is a unique opportunity to join our Global Supply Chain and play a key role in delivering life-saving medicines and vaccines to people in over 90% of the world. As a graduate, you will have the chance to work in a complex manufacturing environment, developing your skills in quality science, analytical methods, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop your knowledge of our medicines and vaccines and learn about the challenges of working in a highly regulated and controlled environment.
  • Spend time in a quality testing laboratory at one of our Manufacturing sites, developing skills to perform analysis while gaining hands-on experience using state-of-the-art platforms and capabilities.
  • Gain an understanding of quality control, including analytical testing, and learn about the introduction of new technologies and analytical methods.
  • Develop business, process, and test method understanding.
