About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our GSC Graduate Programme at GSK's Ware manufacturing site. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on key site workstreams, taking on significant responsibilities and acquiring hands-on experience.
  • Develop technical skills through valuable on-the-job experience and participate in training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize business activities.
  • Support the implementation of GSC's strategic priorities, including sustainability projects.
  • Drive process improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency through data analysis and key performance indicator trending.
