Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Team Leader to join our team at The Cooperative Group. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Team Members and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Team Members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Manage the store's operations, including stock management, cash handling, and customer transactions.
- Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence and take responsibility for the store's overall performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
