Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our client's restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Ensure efficient inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food preparation and delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
