About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tongue Hotel. As a key member of our Front of House operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve excellence in service and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to work various shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
