We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tongue Hotel. As a key member of our Front of House operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve excellence in service and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
