Role Overview

DAZN is seeking a seasoned CRM Manager to drive growth in our international markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that drive revenue and subscriber growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive revenue and subscriber growth in international markets.
  • Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data and insights to inform CRM decisions.
  • Lead testing and optimization of CRM creative and brand direction.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver campaigns to drive additional revenue streams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-priority projects to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior leaders in international markets.
  • Passion for sports and understanding of the fan experience, ideally in an international context.
