Training and Development Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Training and Development Manager to join our team at Oakleaf Partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our graduate and apprentice programs, including onboarding and exam tracking.
About the TeamOur team is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our clients. We work in a hybrid environment, with 4 days spent in the office per week. You will be working closely with our colleagues to deliver high-quality training and development programs.
- Coordinate CPD compliance and maintain internal systems
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in a relevant field (desirable) and experience with corporate social media management. A minimum of 2 years' experience in training-related roles within professional services is also essential.
