About the Role

MTrec Recruitment is currently working with a reputable and respected printing company based in the Washington area.

  • Working in a fast-paced commercial printing setting, you will be responsible for finishing all prints to a high level of quality.
  • You will use a guillotine to cut and finish prints to the correct specifications.
  • Additionally, you will be operating machines to fold prints and perform some folding tasks by hand.
  • With a focus on quality and excellence, you will be dealing with bespoke customer orders and meeting tight deadlines.
  • You will also be responsible for completing paperwork, ensuring each stage of production has been met, and maintaining a clean and tidy work area.

About the Person

We are seeking a candidate with experience working in a fast-paced printing environment.

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn more skills on the job are essential.
  • Confidence on the job, a focus on quality, and a motivated attitude to meet targets and deadlines are also required.
  • As a team player, you will be able to work independently or collaboratively, helping to drive improvements within the company.
