Electronics Production Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an Electronics Production Specialist to join our expanding electronics manufacturing team. As an SMT Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating SMT machinery, selecting relevant programs, and populating Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the SMT cell, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and executing relevant programs for PCB assembly.
- Utilize skills in interpreting assembly build documents and conducting inspection and touch-up of PCBs.
- Demonstrate confidence in working with machinery, with full training provided.
Requirements:
- Ideal experience in an SMT facility or manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills required to operate the SMT line.
- Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent attention to detail, good eyesight, and dexterity for accurate performance of repetitive tasks.
- Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.
