Komfort Partitions is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to lead our health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to establish and maintain a culture of safe working practices across the organization.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
- NEBOSH (General/Construction Certificate) essential
