Construction Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Komfort Partitions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and clients across all our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety practices and provide guidance and support to site teams.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to identify and mitigate potential health and safety hazards.
- Lead internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees and contractors on health and safety best practices.
- NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate essential.
- Project Management skills essential.
- Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) essential.
- CSCS Card (Black) desirable.
