Construction Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Komfort Partitions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices
- Collaborate with management and staff to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM)
- CSCS Card (Black) desirable
