Community Therapy Team Member

The Community Therapy Team at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust requires a motivated and enthusiastic Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant. This role involves supporting Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in providing rehabilitation interventions to adults in the community.
The salary for this full-time position is estimated at £28,000 - £32,000 per annum. The team's primary goal is to provide high-quality care that enables individuals living with long-term conditions to achieve maximum independence in the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A basic standard of education, including qualification (GCSE or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in health and social care or a willingness to work towards achieving it.
Candidates must also demonstrate skills in written and spoken English, adequate to enable the post holder to carry out the role effectively. A flexible approach to meeting the needs of the service, including some weekend working, is essential.
A full driving license and access to a car for work purposes are also required.
