Business Services Senior

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Services Senior to join our team at Hays Accounts and Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional accounting and financial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare complete and accurate statutory accounts and tax computations/returns for sole traders, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
  • Provide tax advisory services to companies and individuals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver high levels of service at all times.
  • Support the training, review, and supervision of junior team members.
  • Assist managers in overseeing and implementing general practice procedures to improve performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A good team player who can inspire others.
  • Highly organised and able to manage your own workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A fully qualified Accountant (AAT, ACCA, ACA) with at least 3 years of experience in practice.
  • Committed to continued professional development.
  • Experience with accounts preparation under FRS 105 and FRS 102 1a frameworks.
  • Experience with accounting software, desktop or online (Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks).
