About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality care to patients with Type 2 diabetes. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for identifying and managing patients with diabetes, ensuring optimal treatment plans are in place.

Your expertise in diabetes management will enable you to provide comprehensive support and education to patients, empowering them to take control of their condition. You will work closely with GPs, community nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

  • £45,000 annual salary
  • Annual bonus incentive scheme (worth up to 10% of annual salary)
  • Car allowance or company car (depending on contract) + fuel card for business miles

  • NMC/RCN fees
  • Monthly broadband contribution
  • Daily lunch allowance when in practice
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (increasing after 5 years service) - pro rata for part time
