Job Title: Director of Sales, EMEA

TI Tokyo is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth in the EMEA region. As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly in the EMEA region
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in EMEA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: GBP £60,000 - £100,000 per year
  • Commission: 3% of all sales personally made, 5% of all sales made by your team
  • Retroactive commission increases: 10% of all sales personally made, 20% of all sales made by your team
