Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out site repairs and modifications on both mechanical and electrical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical Fault Finding: Identify and repair mechanical faults on pumps, gearboxes, lathes, grinding machines, and boring machines.
- Machine Strip Downs and Rebuilds: Disassemble and reassemble machinery to diagnose and repair faults.
- Planned and Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
- Mechanical Installation: Install new equipment and perform pipe fitting and machine moves.
Requirements:
- Excellent Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
- Strong Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Cost Conscious: Be able to work to budget and manage costs effectively.
- Relevant Software Skills: Be well-versed in relevant software, including CAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
- Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient work.
