Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ACS Performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out site repairs and modifications on both mechanical and electrical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Mechanical Fault Finding: Identify and repair mechanical faults on pumps, gearboxes, lathes, grinding machines, and boring machines.
- Machine Strip Downs and Rebuilds: Disassemble and reassemble machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Planned and Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
- Mechanical Installation: Install new equipment and perform pipe fitting and machine moves.
- Excellent Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex mechanical issues.
- Strong Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Cost Conscious: Be able to work within budget constraints to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Relevant Software Skills: Be proficient in relevant software, including CAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
- Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient work.
