Logistics Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Logistics Administrator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, working closely with our clients and suppliers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the shipping and installation of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Manage the logistics of all components, including organizing transportation and monitoring costs.
  • Collate and process shipping paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
  • Assist in the procurement of off-the-shelf items and manage the internal sample library.
  • Provide administrative support, including processing orders and updating stock information.
Requirements:
  • Self-driven with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Detail-focused with the determination to do what is necessary to get the job done.
  • Mac proficient.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on individual who is eager to learn about the logistics process and how it fits into the interior design industry. A design-related degree is not essential, but a basic knowledge of material properties is desirable.
