Job Description
As a Support Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers to deliver creative approaches to teaching, maximising pupil achievement and ability to develop. You will work closely with individual and small groups of pupils, preparing classrooms and materials, and building positive relationships to promote interaction and learning.
You will be responsible for assisting teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons in a creative and positive setting. This is an ideal opportunity for those looking to start or continue their career in Education and motivated to inspire learning in pupils with varied and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent support skills, motivation, personal qualities, and levels of resilience. A calm and engaging approach, with the ability to work as part of a team, is essential. Additionally, you must be genuinely motivated by helping every pupil reach their potential.
Education to GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English is required, with previous experience working in an SEN/ASC environment being desirable.
