We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at beBee Professionals in Ashford, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide feedback to the teaching staff on student progress.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure students remain engaged in their work.
  • Support students with their learning needs and provide additional assistance when required.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective lesson plans.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a school environment, preferably in a supervisory or teaching role.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
  • Patience and a positive attitude towards supporting students, with a commitment to providing high-quality education.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
