We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enabling Support Worker to join our team at Marion House, a residential care home for adults with intellectual disabilities.

As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement to individuals, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, administering personal care and medication, and covering sleep-in sessions. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced and well-trained staff who are committed to providing high-quality care and support.
