About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Livability Marion House, a residential care home for adults with intellectual disabilities. As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and encouragement to our residents, working closely with them and their support plans to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and support provided.
  • Administer personal care and medication as required.
  • Cover sleep-in sessions, providing additional support and care to residents during overnight hours.
