Job Description

The Director Business Planning role at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our Adult Physical Health Planned Care services. This position requires a strong leader who can manage resources efficiently, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, organizational change, and people management. A proven track record in strategy formulation and implementation is essential. The successful applicant will also possess knowledge of community health services, operational and strategic planning processes, and statutory law as it applies to healthcare services.

We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working options, 27 days' annual leave, and a generous pension scheme.
