About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and identify opportunities to provide value-added services and solutions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our services and solutions.
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
