About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Brand and Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Navitas Safety. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand marketing strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our customer marketing campaigns.

As a Brand and Content Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our creative output and customer marketing campaigns. You will lead and coordinate the end-to-end development and delivery of customer marketing campaigns, platform engagement initiatives, and renewal campaigns. Your attention to detail, design skills, content writing proficiency, and team management capabilities will play a pivotal role in the success of our team objectives and upholding our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content marketing plan to support brand positioning.
  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end development and delivery of customer marketing campaigns, platform engagement initiatives, and renewal campaigns.
  • Maintain brand identity across all content.
  • Manage and inspire a team of content writers and graphic designers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality campaign assets.
  • Oversee the creation and review of compelling content and design elements for campaigns, ensuring consistent brand identity and upholding Navitas Safety's values.
  • Develop and execute engaging customer marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, webinars, and customer events.
  • Manage customer advocacy: creating video and written case studies and testimonials, planning and activating initiatives to increase brand awareness.
  • Own the performance tracking of campaigns, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to optimise and enhance future initiatives.
  • Take ownership of customer engagement data, utilising CRM management to drive effective upselling and renewals.
  • Perform regular quality checks to guarantee the effectiveness of campaigns and associated assets.
  • Provide regular reports to the Chief Product Officer on performance, suggesting changes and actions to achieve targets consistently.
Requirements
  • A degree in graphic design or other creative discipline.
  • Experience working in the B2B marketing space.
  • Strong attention to detail, design skills, and proficiency in content writing and reviewing.
  • Team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide creative teams.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage the production of content and assets effectively.
  • Experience in managing WordPress websites, ActiveCampaign, and PipeDrive CRM.
