Job Title: Category Manager

TVS SCS is seeking a skilled Category Manager to join our team at Team Leidos offices in Bristol. As a Category Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering a Cost Base Reduction (CBR) committed to the MOD through the development of a cost-effective, commercially-driven supply base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Category Manager in capturing and analyzing data on the existing supply chain, commercial markets, and potential new entrants.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining strategy plans to deliver the CBR and availability requirements, working closely with all stakeholders.
  • Collate documentation developed by Commodity, Category, and Acquisition and Contracts Management to support the tendering of Category requirements.
  • Participate in routine cross-functional efforts within CSS.

We work on a hybrid model of four days working from home and one day in our offices in Emersons Green, Bristol each week. Therefore, you must be located within reasonable commuting distance to Bristol.
