Job Title: Scientist Lab Operations

At Lifelancer, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Scientist Lab Operations to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and Quality Control: Assist in troubleshooting process improvements to increase data quality, lower costs, or reduce turnaround times. Perform routine data analysis to determine if an analytical procedure is proceeding according to expectations.
  • Technical Support: Act as a technical resource for laboratory staff, providing support and guidance as needed. Contribute to CAPA investigations, deviations, and resolution.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare data analysis results for upload to LIMS system under the guidance of senior level staff.
  • Background and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous working experience in a regulated laboratory environment. Proficiency with routine and some non-routine laboratory calculations.
