Job Title: Scientist Lab Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Scientist Lab Operations to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for assisting in troubleshooting process improvements, acting as a technical resource for laboratory staff, and performing routine data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting process improvements to increase data quality, lower costs, or reduce turnaround times.
  • Act as a technical resource for laboratory staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Perform routine data analysis to determine if analytical procedures are proceeding according to expectations.
  • Identify and document potential performance errors or unusual results, escalating to senior lab personnel as necessary.
  • Prepare data analysis results for upload to LIMS system under the guidance of senior level staff.
  • Contribute to CAPA investigations, deviations, and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous working experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
  • Proficiency with routine and some non-routine laboratory calculations.
  • Good computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
