Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Countywide petty cash team to manage finance journals and external floats.

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including SWET lists, meeting invites, genograms, and case closures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent ICT skills, including knowledge of SharePoint, 365, and process development.

  • Knowledge and understanding of financial procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
