Commercial Growth Manager

Arcane Direct Marketing is a leading direct mail company based in the West Midlands, offering a comprehensive range of services including design and print, data cleansing, personalisation, mailing fulfilment, and postage consultation.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role that involves managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies for growth, and meeting sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, experience in business development and client relationship management, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted marketing efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored direct marketing solutions
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development and client relationship management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
