Integrated Care Assistant

The Integrated Care Assistant role involves driving and reception duties to support the delivery of Integrated Urgent Care services across Wiltshire, Swindon, and Bath and North East Somerset.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive clinicians to patient homes using a safe and efficient route.
- Maintain accurate records of medications and consumables used during shifts.
- Support clinicians while on shift and provide effective communication with patients.
The successful candidate will work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, and must possess a valid UK driving license and good level of driving experience.
The salary for this role is £95/hour, with enhancements of up to £16.13/hour for evening and weekend shifts. We also offer a range of benefits, including a discretionary staff bonus scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and company pension scheme.
