Childcare Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist lead educators in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
- Supervise and interact with children during playtime, meals, and learning activities.
- Assist with diapering, feeding, and other basic care tasks as needed.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in classrooms and play areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure the well-being of all children.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
- CPR and First Aid certification a plus.
