We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Administrator Apprentice. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO and Trustees, as well as managing our financial processes, including double entry bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage our financial processes, including double entry bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Provide administrative support to our CEO and Trustees, including secretarial services and managing suppliers
- Prepare and report monthly P&L and balance sheet, as well as forecasts of annual budget
- Manage and coordinate public communications process
- Process reference requests, DBS checks, and maintain company records
The ideal candidate will have experience of using Sage accountancy tools and be AAT qualified. You will also have excellent communicative and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
